Your responsibilities

As Product Marketing & Commercial Director , you:

  • are responsible for identifying food and technology trends, market dynamics, competitive moves supported by Insights and Analytics.
  • Create and deliver new business value : new digitally-enabled services (new business modeling), solutions, cooperation with partners (FMCG, Digital food platforms, recipe aggregators, players in field of healthy lifestyle …) in the ecosystem of the space of food and nutrition
  • Co-Create Go-to-Market Strategies for our Champion propositions (e.g. AirFryer)
  • Support and track the implementation along with key enablers
  • Identify winning actions for building product categories in low penetration markets and ideas/insights for increasing addressable market in mature geographies
  • Partnering with Sales & Operations making sure strategic priorities are reflected into supply planning
  • Translate market demand to long term quantity planning together to ensure the factories and supply chain are ramped up correctly to support NPI’s

    You will be part of the Kitchen Appliances team reporting to Business Category Leader.

    We are looking for

  • Master degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record, or MBA
  • 12 years + of experience in a consumer centric company in marketing innovation, business development and commercial roles.
  • The ability to effectively network within and outside the organization, building strong relationships and identifying business opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills with relevant experience in market intelligence and strategy planning roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience and knowledge of North America or/and Chinese market(s) ideally in field of Small Domestic Appliances field
  • Must have competencies

  • Excellent presentation, analytical and business modeling skills
  • Strong strategic Business drive and experience in development of new products, business models e.g. subscriptions
  • Deep understanding of Profit & Loss including revenue & margin management
