Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead the business development for Mobile Surgery, IGT-Systems in order to drive profitable growth in line with BU/BG SPOR and deliver topline and bottom line results. You are responsible to generate solutions, growth plans and ensure local market relevance of the value propositions via co-creation with the markets. You lead the BMC (business market combination) planning and execution, monitor performance, develop and enable execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve BMC and AOP (annual operating plan) -commitments.

You are responsible for:

  • Building business market plans (18month rolling) together with selected markets and business, in line with the SPOR
  • Partnering with Market Leaders to lead BMC handshake and ongoing performance management
  • The BMC planning and execution, monitoring performance, developing and enabling execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve BMC and AOP-commitments
  • Driving demand generation and ensure that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets
  • Developing local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth, in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring relevance of value propositions and new initiatives for the Market
  • Determining, together with BG BU BMM the solutions and services portfolio for the Markets, setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock
  • Customer service commercial KPIs management and driving continuous improvements applying LEAN
  • You are part

    You are part of the IGT Systems Business Development Management team and you will report into the Business Development Management Leader – IGT-Systems and will participate in the Mobile Surgery management team. Together with your colleagues in the IGT System team, you will set the future strategic direction for IGT with quadruple aim and customer 1st approach at the heart of everything we do. Location is The Netherlands or United States.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in relevant area with more than 8 years of relevant work experience in the Healthcare Industry
  • Strong experience in driving market growth by downstream marketing Go-To strategies including channel development
  • Strong business management acumen with experience with P&L management incl. revenue and margin management
  • Significant experience in marketing in the healthcare domain with knowledge of value proposition creation
  • Experience within health systems, preferably within Image Guided Therapy and/or Mobile Surgery
  • Experience with leading a cross functional team
  • Lean certified with Problem – solving skills
  • Clinical knowledge is highly appreciated
  • Capability to review, understand & drive Business strategies
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work within and lead international and interdisciplinary teams and communicate with Philips personnel and customers
