This position is your opportunity to manage a team of enterprise sales executives while also developing business across the region’s top accounts. The ideal candidate for this role is one who has worked within the Microsoft ecosystem and has used Force Management sales processes.
What will you be doing?
As a Director of Enterprise Sales, your job is to focus on the development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and execution planning. The position will drive the business to ensure its successful growth, achievement of business goals, customer satisfaction as well as the market positioning within the region. The position will have total bookings and revenue responsibility and will be achieved through the coordinated execution of the region’s business plan.
Your responsibilities will include:
Active participation in the global & EMEA senior leadership team of the corporation by representing the market needs of the region appropriately to corporate headquarters to ensure the global vision and strategy is accurate and relevant to the region.
Executing on the company vision through a well-defined business plan with appropriate financial goals for the French region.
Delivering the financial and strategic targets for the region.
Effective market positioning of AvePoint’s solutions (products and services).
Ensuring that the team is customer focused and leads the continuous improvement process.
Ensures the team is adequately trained, resourced and managed to enable them to effectively and efficiently carry out their assigned functions.
Invest in the culture of AvePoint where individuals take personal responsibility for the organization’s success and proactively find solutions to problems.
Recruiting, motivating, coaching and mentoring the regional sales team to achieve and surpass quota through appropriate use of the Customer Engagement Lifecycle. Build a solid sales pipeline, focusing on enterprise wide solution selling, enforcing solid sales processes that provide a disciplined approach for successful value based selling methodologies, and establishing accurate sales booking forecasting procedures.
Overseeing the implementation of the AvePoint Customer Engagement Lifecycle by defining the go to market (GTM) model including targeting markets, key market segments, market offerings, and competitive strategies.
Ensuring global product rollouts and marketing strategies are harmonized for the French market and effectively executed upon.
Building trusted advisor relationships and a high level of integrity with customers, partners and AvePoint leadership team members.
Overall accountability for a high level of customer satisfaction within the region.

Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales
At least 5 years of Management and Leadership experience
Strong ability of optimizing sales operations and enablement
Proven history of successful business planning and execution
Demonstrated ability to present effectively, and experience conducting business
Fluent in Dutch and English
