You contribute to the roadmap, construct business cases and drive projects to help support the EUV High NA technology insertion including a number of business drivers like availability, productivity and overlay in the EXE Product Management Team. Cooperation with other Product Managers, Product teams, Account teams and applicable ASML Management is required in order to secure and extend ASML’s market position and create customer and client values. You support the implementation of the Product Generation Process (PGP) and you prepare and manage the creation of all information and documentation to assist the market introduction.
Dynamic role interacting with product team, customers and executives;
Drive execution of business plan and support customers in implementation of roadmap and address gaps to be resolved;
Develop worldwide (communication) strategy, product portfolio and pricing and prepare marketing and sales support;
Interact regularly with customers on the value of the whole product. Solicit continuously for improvements in products and related extensions and additions;
Responsible for the Product Requirements Specification for new products;
Define the market plan for a specific product range, customer and collect market information;
Cooperate with the marketing manager to develop parameters to measure successful performances in marketing, products and sales by the collection of relevant data. Use market information to develop contingency plans and evaluate market plans for programs and individual product lines for ASML as a whole;
Contribute to the change process towards cost- and quality-driven product management;
Travel up to 25% of the time depending on business need.
At least a technical Master’s degree, preferably in engineering or physics.
In-depth technical understanding of Advanced Lithography equipment;
Ability to work both independently and in team settings in high ambiguity environments;

Experience in interfacing with customers, including managing challenging and complex matters;
Working experience in development, operations or customer support would also be helpful;

Context of the position
The Product Management team is in charge of the communication with customers on ASML products and drives solutions to customer issues, and ensures that customer inputs are properly reflected in our products and solutions by leveraging the solution power of the internal organization.
This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
